We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it

  • It must be in the original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

To start a return, contact us at support@essentracore.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without approval — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please email us at support@essentracore.com within 7 days of delivery

  • Include photos of the item and packaging

  • We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or credit card provider


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable:
